The leadership of the newly appointed General Manager Mr. Miguel Arthurs is embedded in the elevated spirit and service we experienced from the hotel staff. We were extremely pleased with the amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, breakfast area, bedroom, gym, all the finishing touches this exclusive experience at the Grand Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. We especially enjoyed the warm smiles and infectious hospitality. We shall return very soon! "

"Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."
