"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "Excellent host! This house is a French "gite" and is very spacious. We were there during a cold mid-May spell but the house is double glazed and with a great heating system. We loved the French farmhouse style kitchen/dining/lounge. The owner was very helpful with assisting us to contact a relative in France. She welcomed us into her home and let us use her telephone.
