The free cycles are a great addition making it easy to explore the local countryside, villages and vineyards (wine tasting). The large games room provided hours of entertainment and the lounge/dining room with log burner, a comfortable retreat for cosy autumn evenings. Gill & Mark are amazing welcoming hosts."

"Very nice English influenced clean house. Big garden with all the privacy. Private parking just next to the house. We had very nice chats with the owner. Because of a bit rainy weather sometimes we didn't use the swimming pool much, but the pool was very big and nice to swim in. Thanks Chris and Gill for this lovely week!"

"We enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! The room was adequate, fairly spacious with good storage for luggage. The bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were fluffy and smelled good 👍 The bed was kind of firm but still comfortable. Just 1 pillow per person but comfortable. TV and internet worked fine. Breakfast was good, lovely croissants. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Pasta bolognese was delicious. The fish fillet was also very good, the only problem was it was listed on the menu as being served with haricots vert but it was not. The chocolate eclair was delicious! Overall a good stay and would recommend it. There are no tourist attractions within walking distance, so you need a car to do any exploring. "
