"Overall stay was great and will definitely recommend and consider returning for another stay in future. Pros: Large home with lots of space and room for 2 families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) to spread out. Loved the location, gated community, ocean view, pool, & available laundry. Manuel (the host) was friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: For our 10 day stay, it was not ideal having to live out of suitcases since there were no available drawers to unpack luggage. Not a big deal...

"My 93 years young dad had not been back to PR since he left in 2004. He enjoyed staying in the town of Guayama where he was born and raised. He had a blast telling me childhood stories. We were comfortable and dad definitely felt like he was at home. Location was very convenient and fully stocked with items I didn’t even think I would need yet grateful it was available. "

"The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area. "

"Aida is an amazing host who provided generous care to my family and I during our stay. The house is great and equipped with cold A/C. One thing to note about the property is DO NOT SWIM in the beach. Not only are there plenty of rocks but the current is way too strong to swim in — even for experienced swimmers. Drive to another beach if you’re going to swim. "

"Great place to unwind and recharge your batteries. The house has everything you need if you want to stay in. Plenty of restaurants located within 20 minutes. Pool and backyard is amazing. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend."

"It is a wonderful couples getaway. The tiny house has everything you need. You are seconds from the waterfall and common are that overlooks the waterfall. Communication was the owner was amazing. She is organized honest and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I will define back and hope to be able to stay at the big house. "

"This property is perfect for a trip to Puerto Rico. The pool and pool table kept everyone entertained for hours. Very quiet gated neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. This house comfortably fit our entire family of 8. Highly recommended. "
