"We had to relocate to 3 different rooms at check-in, and ultimately a 4th room before we checked out, but I cannot say enough about the front desk staff (especially Amaira) and their efforts to get it right for us. We really like this hotel. If you are traveling through on the Ohio Turnpike and need a place to stay this is the hotel. Good value, nice rooms and EXCELLENT staff!"

"Overall a nice stay. I was on the second floor right along the railing to the stairs and right above the check in area. I had some trouble getting to sleep. Whenever somebody would walk in I could hear the doors, people talking at the front desk, or whenever somebody would walk up the stairs. Overall not a bad place and I would stay again if I was in a different area. "
