"The house and spaces were good for our group of 7 adults and 6 children. Basement was a good spot for a lot of play. Family enjoyed fun with ping pong and pool. Good location. However, there were several items that we all believed should have been better considering our rental: There were no garbage bags when we arrived, 1 dishwasher pod, the towels were ragged and very thin, inadequate toilet paper, the batteries in the fireplace candles were mostly dead. "Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"

"My only regret about staying at the Mansion was that we didn't stay longer. The house and grounds are so beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly--my kids were especially enamored with the friendly pets they met. "The vibe of the hotel, staff, and food options were great for a leisurely family trip. The bar staff were great. Our family loved all the Cincinnati history and culture references. We chose an accessible room with a bathtub to make things easier for our child- and do have one suggestion. Photos for each room suggest that bathrooms would have a vanity with counter space. Our room only had a floating sink, which would be nice for wheelchair use, but the sink really needed a shelf at the back or side to store basic toiletries. (soap, toothpaste, tooth brush, etc.)"
