Charming Villa on a 1000 m² garden, private pool, Avignon, Luberon

A charming villa for 6 persons on a 1000 m² of land with mature trees. Situated between Luberon and old Maubec / Provence, it has a quiet location. Retaurants and small shops are nearby. The private garden is a private pool. A large terrace overlooking the slopes of the Luberon completes the whole.
The house is situated on the outskirts of Maubec and is very quiet. The decoration is modern and put together with attention to detail. Two rooms have a double bed each. One room is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. The kitchen is part of the large living / dining area and is equipped with oven and dishwasher. For self-catering ideal set up. TV / satellite and Hi-Fi are also provided, although you probably spend the warm summer evenings by the pool and in the garden and the cicadas listening. Not to forget the grill, where you can prepare your fresh fish à la Provence.


Ideal for trips to Provence: 4km from Oppède le Vieux, a beautiful hiking trail from the house. Oppède is known for its ruins and its beautiful location surrounded by olive groves and vineyards on the Luberon.

Lovely setting & accommodation
We spent a lovely week here in a beautiful peaceful setting. The accommodation is larger than it looks in the photos which was much appreciated. Great location for exploring the Luberon. Very clean & has everything you need apart from fans which would be a good addition as quite hot at night. Overall a lovely stay.

Perfect villa to explore the Luberon
Our family had a lovely stay in this clean, well-equipped home at the doorstep to both the Petit Luberon hills and the picturesque town of Maubec. The pool was perfect for the kids and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Maison agréable au pied du joli village de Maubec
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle, très bien située qui permet de rayonner dans les beaux villages alentours . La maison est très au calme , avec vue sur la montagne du Luberon , c’est magnifique . Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Alexandra qui est à l’écoute et qui gère parfaitement la maison . Suggestion d’amélioration : mettre des ventilateurs à disposition très utiles durant les étés de fortes chaleurs.

Beautiful house in sleepy Luberon village
The house is large and has everything that you need for a nice stay. Especially important to us was the well maintained pool to cool down from the sometimes very high temperatures in the Luberon. We were very happy with our stay, both the owner and the local contact were very nice and responsive. Although Maubec is not a very active village, everything you need is always close by, starting with the neighbor village Robion which has many shops, restaurant and bakeries. We loved our stay and would book this object again!

Wir haben ein paradiesisches Fleckchen Erde gefunden!
Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt auch an heißen Tagen mit seinen schattigen Plätzen und dem Pool zum Verweilen ein. Maubec ist ein schöner ruhiger Ort, mit allem, was man braucht. Ein perfekter Standort, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vor Ort wurden wir von Alexandra herzlich in Empfang genommen. Sie war jederzeit für uns vor Ort ansprechbar. Die Kommunikation mit Christof war unkompliziert und wir haben wertvolle Infos im Vorfeld erhalten. Vielen Dank Christof, dass Du dieses wunderbare Haus zur Verfügung stellst! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Haus am Fuße des Luberons
Wir haben die Tage in dem schönen Haus mit dem traumhaften Garten (schöne Aussicht auf den Luberon und das Dorf) mit dem schönen Pool sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Haus ist es auch tagsüber schön kühl. Die Gegend ist sehr schön mit Dörfern, Städten und Märkten. Der Markt am Sonntag in Coustellet ist richtig gut! Direkt vom Haus aus gibt es viele Wander- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank Christof, für dieses schöne Haus!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großartigem Grundstück in toller Umgebung
Das Haus war für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub (Mitte bis Ende September) perfekt. Unsere beiden Kinder (2,5 Jahre und 11 Monate) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett von Alexandra (der guten Fee des Hauses) begrüßt und haben von ihr alles in Ruhe gezeigt bekommen. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen (und noch mehr) ausgestattet. Der größte Pluspunkt ist der tolle Garten. Der Pool ist mit einem Zaun begrenzt und dadurch auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Leider war der Pool aber bei unserem Aufenthalt relativ kalt, so dass wir nur wenig Zeit dort verbracht haben (in den beiden Wochen vor Ort waren auch die Temperaturen deutlich geringer als in der Zeit davor oder danach - rund 20 Grad). Im Hochsommer ist der Pool bestimmt eine super Abkühlung. Für uns hatte das Haus die perfekte Lage für viele schöne Ausflüge in den Luberon. Christof hat uns bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt mit sehr vielen nützlichen Informationen (zu lokalen Märkten, Bäckereien etc.) versorgt, was wir super fanden! Während unserem Aufenthalt hat uns Alexandra bei einem Stromausfall sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Wir empfehlen das Haus und seinen Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter. Falls wir noch einmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen wollen, ist dies eine tolle Option!

Des vacances formidables
On a passé quinze jours en famille dans la villa et on ne l'a pas regretté. De la terrasse on a une vue splendide sur le petit Luberon. L'hébergement est situé dans un coin calme de Maubec. Un endroit idéal pour découvrir la Provence. Tout était très propre, la cuisine est très bien équipée. L'accueil qu'Alexandra nous a fait était chaleureux, elle était toujours prête à aider. Et quand la cafetière électrique est tombée en panne Alexandra nous a sauvé la vie en la remplaçant.

Schönes voll ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit grandiosem Luberon-Panorama
Schönes, großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Luberon zu essen. Der Pool ist schön und ausreichend groß, um darin zu schwimmen und sich abzukühlen. Für Ausflüge zu den umliegenden Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist das Haus ideal gelegen. In direkter Nähe sind ein paar tolle Hikingtrails, die auch unser Hund ganz spannend fand. Das Internet war teilweise sehr langsam, aber das gilt wohl für das ganze Dorf bzw. die Region. Alexandra hat uns vor Ort super betreut. Insgesamt haben wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa très confortable bien équipée et très bien située dans un magnifique village authentique avce des maisons en vieilles pierres. Alexandra nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous avons profité d’une maison parfaitement propre et prête. Les lits étaient prêts. Elle nous conseillé sur les visites et les choses à faire dans les environs. La piscine est très agréable et parfaitement protégée. Nous à n’avons pu malheureusement pas tout voir et nous y retournerons probablement.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Blick ins Luberon Gebirge. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus liegt ruhig und perfekt für alle Unternehmungen! Morgens haben wir auf der Terrasse im Schatten unter der Pergola gefrühstückt und abends bei stimmungsvollem Sonnenuntergang das Abendessen auf der 2. Terrasse genossen. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Charmantes Haus
Wir haben fast zwei Wochen im Juni in Maubec verbracht und haben die ruhige Atmosphäre des Orts und den Blick auf die nahen Ausläufer des Luberons sehr genossen. Trotz Temperaturen von bis zu 38 Grad wurde es nachts angenehm kühl. Das Haus ist sehr freundlich, außen gibt es einen großen Garten und eine sehr schöne, schattige Terrasse und den sehr gepflegten und schönen Pool. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Dingen sehr gut ausgestattet. Maubec ist sehr ruhig, hat aber alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, im Nachbarort Robion gibt es zahlreiche weitere. Wir haben viele (Wander-)Ausflüge gemacht, vieles ist mit kurzen Anfahrten erreichbar. Insgesamt ein erholsamer aber auch vielseitiger Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Idéalement située et au calme
Très bon rapport qualité-prix et idéalement situé a la fois en voiture et en vélo, proche des grandes pistes cyclables. Hébergement bien équipé, propre et qui permet un séjour très agréable. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, a prendre en compte pour le séjour hors saison tres chaude.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Die Lage am Ortsrand von Maubec hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Es liegt sehr ruhig, aber man kann Bäcker und Restaurant gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern für eine Familie mit älteren Kindern zweckmäßig und sauber, einzig der Pool könnte einen Tick größer sein, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un séjour parfait dans le Luberon & idéalement situé à Maubec
La maison est tout simplement parfaite, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et adaptés pour les enfants, la piscine est protégée par un portail sécurisé. Les photos correspondent parfaitement, la propriété est située dans un endroit très calme et le jardin est totalement à l'abri des regards. La connexion internet est de très bonne qualité ce qui m'a permis de pouvoir travailler confortablement en visioconférence. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison.

Perfektes Ferienhaus mitten in der Provence
Charmantes, ganz liebevoll eingerichtetes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Da das Haus über 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt, kann man sich aussuchen, ob man morgens von der Sonne wach gekitzelt wird, oder ob man sie erst später im Zimmer begrüßen möchte.Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben den Blick zum wunderschönen, gepflegten großen Garten mit Pool. Zum Frühstück saßen wir dann auf der tollen Terrasse, entweder in der Sonne, oder aber geschützt unter der Pergola. Den Sonnenuntergang kann man dann mit einem Glas Rose´ auf der 2. Terrasse geniessen. Einfach ein Traum. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Provence, umgeben von wunderschönen alten Dörfern. Sie zu erkunden macht den Urlaub perfekt. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
