"Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet."

"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"The room was modest but clean, and great beds and pillows. Shower was clean, and lots of hot water. Breakfast was enough to keep going till mid-afternoon. Would definitely stay here again. "

There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, an elevator, places to shop at and the 43 and 44 tram line literally stop outside your front door! "Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it.
