This spacious and bright house is perfect for two families or three couples who want to spend their vacations together. The same is ideal for any season, as it is fully air-conditioned, but also offers underfloor heating in all rooms. Enjoy get-togethers with morning coffee with breakfast or balmy summer evenings on one of the terraces. Refreshment on warm summer days can be found in the attractive pool and jacuzzi in front of the house, as well as a barbecue on a covered terrace to prepare your favorite specialties.

There are also facilities for children nearby, who can play carefree on the playground 100m from the house. By car you can also reach the beaches in Volosko, Opatija and I?i?i, as well as the idyllic 12 km long promenade by the sea. Experience a lot of entertainment especially in Opatija with rich gastronomic offer and many events throughout the year.
