Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Wir waren zufrieden, dass wir etwas für einen guten Preis gefunden haben. Leider war das Apartment anders dargestellt als auf den Bildern, dass es ein Dachgeschossapartment ist, ist okay, aber… der einzig schöne Raum war der Schlafraum und mehr auch nicht. Der Boden im Klo ging ab, beim Bad war der Spiegel zu niedrig. Es gab auch keinen Duschvorhang, also wurde der Boden sehr nass. Die Hälfte der Türklinken gingen ab, deswegen haben wir alle Türen offen gelassen. Eine Tür hat komplett gefehlt...
