"I liked the concept of StayApt, but I didn’t like the cleaning part. For the money that’s spent clean linen should be provided daily and the rooms should be cleaned at least once or twice depending on the length of your stay. This was my first time staying at this type of property, but I think that if this type of concept is going to be successful think about how you can enhance your business model to make it more inviting to those that book your properties."

"very modern and attractive but no control of HVAC - our room was a bit on the warm side and was sometimes stuffy. Hallway was cooler and other end of the building very cool. "

"Clean, comfortable well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, etc. Only difficulty was parking to check in. Also, a map of the building including access doors, floor layout and elevators would have been extremely helpful."

"The house is not what is shown in the pics. The house was never cleaned from people who stayed previous. Sheets were off the bed with stains on bed, trash was strewn about, dirty used qtips were left in the kitchen counter. The trash was full, dishes were piled high in the sink. Not to mention old and molded food in the fridge which caused the whole house to reek of an unbearable stench. And the worst part. Owner was called, messaged…. And to this day has not contacted back. Completely abandoned...
