"The breakfast buffet is superb with a wide range of cuisines. I especially like the juice bar as it offers nutritional and freshly made juice, such as ginger and mixed veggies ones. The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights. "

"Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. Thank you to the entire Intercontinental Pondok Indah hotel staff for giving us such memorable and wonderful stay. "

D’prima Hotel is located in Terminal 3 so after 20 hours traveling, clearing customs and immigration, we checked into our tiny but clean, quiet and comfortable rooms! Took a shower and napped for a few hours before next flight. The best. "
