"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. I was a bit traumatised by the late change to my travel plans, but this hotel made me feel really at home. The breakfast the next morning was really lovely too. Thank you so much. "

"The service was exceptional. We had to upgrade our room to a ground floor room due to disabilities so we managed to park right outside the room. The room was exceptional. We ate L'atilier and it was a bit expensive, basic layout but ok. Would definately return."
