"チェックアウト時忘れ物があったのですが、丁寧にご対応いただき大変助かりました。 ダブルルームでしたが大きい机があり、仕事を普通にできるので助かります。また屋上の大浴場は眺めも良く、清掃も行き届いており快適でした。てきれば、脱衣室に体重計を置いていただけると嬉しいです。"

"The Koko Hotel was our favorite place to stay in Japan. The room was styled nicely and clean. It was the perfect location in Kumamoto - shopping and food were in the complex downstairs. Kumamoto Castle was a very short walk. The hotel buffett was amazing and reasonably priced."

"We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone.
