"The most important thing I liked (and required) was a safe, quiet place where I could get a good night's sleep, which I did. There were a couple holes in the drywall in the bathroom and the bathroom sink outlets didn't work but I could live with that. Staff needs to answer their phone when customers call, as they told me to call them to open the door at 7am so I could check out and I wasn't able to, after calling them six times in a row and they never answered. So I just left my room keycard...

"I checked in and they put me in a room towards the back. I felt uncomfortable through out the night. One of the beds looked like it had been slept in and was just done from someone else sleeping there. There was black stuff on the covers that made me think the room was not cleaned right so I went to the store and bought my own cleaning supplies just to feel a little better. I will not be staying there anymore. I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is exactly what I got so never again...

"Roaches, toilet over flowed when you got a shower. Cigarette holes burned in blankets, pillows ripped stains on blankets. Microwave was filthy. Doors to vacant rooms were left open so cats were coming in and out of rooms. Front desk was very rude. Day before leaving I called to verify reservation and front desk clerk hung up on me 3 times. "
