"Vale Sekoula is beautifully managed with stunning gardens, spectacular views and everything you will need to enjoy this piece of paradise. The owners were great to work with, promptly answering any questions we had. Vinna and Robert, the caretakers, were so kind and welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. Robert was able to take us to see some amazing local places and shared lots of information about the Fijian islands and culture. A highlight was the day he took us out snorkelling at the rainbow reef. After we returned we had an amazing dinner at the house made by Vinna. Do try her fish tacos! The pool, kayaks and standup paddle boards were great to have. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook most of our own meals. The two small stores down the road have most things. We did have Robert take us into Somosomo to pickup some extra produce from the local market stands. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that were all great. Be sure to go to Coconut Grove for a delicious fish curry. There is no question that if we ever visit Fiji again we will definitely be coming back to Vale Sekoula. "This was the best stay of our 3-week trip!! The hosts were so helpful & communicative from the beginning stages of renting their gorgeous place. Then the welcome was genuine and warm, the continental breakfasts each morning were lovely, the house was super, and the view was stunning!! It was high bank water front but easy access onto a relatively private beach. It was just paradise!! We will return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Raintree Lodge and highly recommend it to any family in Taveuni. Great communication with the host, Jason. He was always accessible to answer questions or address any concerns. "

"Our party of five had the most wonderful holiday staying in Raintree Garden. From the moment we were met at the airport until we left we were so well looked after by Jay. The house had everything we needed including fruit from the garden. Nothing was too much trouble for Jay and his wonderful tour guide Ajay. Ajay showed us many wonderful sights on the island including the Laveena Coastal Walk, Bouma Waterfalls and birdwatching. Ajay's wife cooked us a wonderful dinner. Jay's neighbour Vinna also cooked us a wonderful meal and provided us with some fantastic massages. There is a market on one side of the house and organic ice cream shop on the other, both we visited often. Everyone agreed it was one of the most peaceful and enjoyable holidays we have been on and we can't wait to go back."

" Our stay at Maravu Resort was a great experience. Whilst the accommodation was abdicate there is a lot of upgrading to be done. Any problems we had were attended to immediately. They were only the Air conditioner & Fan. The Staff and meals were fantastic. The lady in charge (Laisani) was friendly & attentive to our needs. Would recommend the Resort to everyone "
