"This is an old building. I noticed there is nothing hygienic. shower is very tiny, you can't take a shower properly without hitting the walls. a lot of things in the bathroom are rusted. shampoo bottle was empty. not enough towels available. no proper tea and coffee facilities, however the lady (owner) was very helpful and understanding and trying to make you happy. "

"Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Deutschen Kolonie unterhalb der Bahaei Gärten gelegen. Parken vor der Unterkunft war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einfach und schnell. Sehr schön konnte man Abends auf dem kleinen Balkon sitzen und dem Treiben auf der Ben Gurion Aven.zusehen."

Adult only weiss ich nicht wofür es steht. Es war eine Familie mit 3 Kleinkinder anwesend was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Es ist ein Ort der gefällt oder er gefällt nicht. "I was expecting low budget accommodation but tbh it was too low for me. There was a human hair on my sheets which made me feel they hadn't been washed properly and I could see stains on the mattress through the sheets. I didn't want to look under the pillow case. There were tiny ants coming out the wall and the floor of my room hadn't been cleaned. There was a middle-aged man who had his room door open the whole time and it seemed like he lived there and he was talking with people on the landing...

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "
