"Excellent location, right next to the sea where you can relax on loungers on the beach or go snorkeling. The buffet breakfast is excellent, only thing missing is bacon. Staff are lovely. Rooms are huge with aircon and a fan and a gorgeous outdoor shower. Gardens are beautiful. One and only complaint is if you are passionate about your coffee you need to ask for espresso shots in a tiny cup or you will get watered down coffee. We would definitely go back and highly recommend to others. We heard time and again from others that Saletoga Sands is the best resort on Upolu, Samoa."

"What I enjoyed about Taumeasina was the family orientated environment. Good vibes at the bar and great place to just chill. What I did not enjoy was a handful of female customer service skills. Ladies behind the desk and on the floor were rude and gave attitude a lot. You would ask them a question and they will walk away and come back and answer you. Or the way they would respond over the counter was rude and the tone they use and the rolling of the eyes. Had no issues with the males. They were nice and always had a smile on their faces. Housekeeping was a 2 star. Had to call about 3 times throughout the day for plates and cups to be collected, for beds to be changed and made up. Rubbish to be taken and towels too. Had to also walk over to reception to request for toilet paper as no one came over and delivered any. Also a few of the nights there were 3 male performers and a lot of the dancers were doing inappropriate dancing while children were present. And lastly, we wanted to extend our stay there for one night. They kept changing their prices, communication skills from the manager and his staff were all over the place. They were all giving different prices until we spoke with the GM and he managed to sort it out right away. Otherwise great place to stay, just need to work on a few major things which will help with future bookings. "

"We stayed in Fale Lina, one of the over the water fales. Surrounded by crystal clear aqua-blue water we spent hours on our large patio watching ocean ripples for sea turtles. (Which we saw often!) Each morning I’d grab my mask and fins and snorkel out to the nearby reef for a closer look at the abundance of sea life. It was like a dream to be in this tropical paradise immersed with these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Coconuts’ beaches are pristine, ample and clean. The entire property is peaceful and comfortable with several beach huts to relax under. It was a perfect place to disappear, slow down and recharge. Thursday was FiaFia night in the open air dining room where local village residents told a historic tale of Samoa through song and fire-dance. They were proud and welcoming with this ceremony and it felt special to be part of it. It was a highlight for sure & like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The food is good & fresh, and the chef is happy to make adjustments for dietary needs. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and kind. We were so happy with our stay here and hope to return one day. Thank you to the beautiful Coconuts family for a wonderful stay!"

"Stuff are very helpful and friendly.Room 44 it’s now my favourite room in this hotel. Specious, comfortable beds with a view. Breakfast every morning was a selection of fruits, homemade muffins, and more. Short walk to the main shopping area and market. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome value for money. 🙏"

"From the moment we arrived we were treated as VIP especially with my elderly mum. The rooms were very spacious & clean. The outside shower was awesome & had hot water. The small kitchen was excellent & had a microwave & fridge. The staff were excellent especially Mau who makes a mean strawberry daiquiri 🔥 The restaurant was great also with their meals & was well priced. Fa’afetai lava Luna & your amazing staff, meitaki maata 💙🇼🇸🏝️"

"The staff at Le Uaina beach resort are incredible, very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are very comfortable, I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with different selection of fresh fruit and other food options to choose from each day. The lunch and dinner menu’s have great options to choose from also well done chef. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Le Uaina beach resort. "

"It was excellent. We arrived on a Sunday which is when most stores in Samoa are closed, however the hotel held our bags and provided excellent information on where to go and what would be open. Pool was nice and room was good."
