"Great place , classic kiwi batch with a nice kitchen and dishwasher! which was a nice surprise. Well laid out , good shower , comfy lounge ,comfy beds, beautiful views of hillside and estuary. Good parking, nice neighbors. Advice you take your own big umbrellas for shade on deck. Can park a 6mtr boat on grass then 2 to 3 vehicle's. Only con would be no details on rubbish collection. "The photos look really nice so it was a little bit of a surprise when we arrived to see it what it was actually like. Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. The unit was full of the owners stuff which cluttered an already small space and made it difficult to find a place to put things. The carpet in the bedroom looked to be original and everything felt...

"The place was quite well equipped, except from a vacuumcleaner. If the owners pay Bachcare to look after this property, Bachcare should be ashamed of themselves. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, 4 people. An empty soap dispenser in the bathroom. Superficially clean, but don't look under the chairs, or in the drawers and cupboards. Sticky dust around the tv, and on top of the washing machine. Stuff lying around randomly in drawers. It really needs a good scrub all over, including the windows...
