"Stay was good. The only issues I had was the shower has an open concept where half the shower is open and has a straight down waterfall showerhead. Hard not to get your hair wet if you’re not washing it, even with it up because you literally have to stand under it to get yourself wet. Water gets on the floor because it’s open. Also the beds are on a metal frame, no box springs. The mattress was pretty hard. Also it’s not carpeted in the rooms, and it echoes. But I guess laminate flooring is cleaner than carpet. Breakfast was ehh. However, the service was fantastic. The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. "

As for the cabin, it was comfy and had everything we needed. The water pressure was excellent and better than expected! We enjoyed our stay. "

"It is a lovely place to stay, right by Cap Rock Canyon. Close to town, and yet peacefully in the country. If I am ever in this neck of the woods again, I would definitely stay here! The gas fireplace is a wonderful touch. "
