"Excellent location, fantastic staff and service and a very comfortable room on second floor with a lovely patio outside, 2 chairs and a table to relax with some wine! We arrived a few hours before check-in so they took our bags, held them securely and by the time we got back from lunch and a walk around Trogir to check-in, they had our bags already upstairs in our room! They also offered to book us a taxi to the airport if needed, which we decided to do as we had challenges in getting an Uber...

"Trogir is a small island near Split. No vehicles are permitted, so you park on the mainland and take a short stroll over a bridge to the village. It is beautifully preserved in the late medieval to early renaissance style. That means cobbled narrow passages with irregular footing. The hotel Villa Carrera is a beautifully maintained building of the period. The desk is a one flight walk up and the rooms are another flight up. Our room was under the eaves and very atmospheric. "Great apartment just on the outskirts of Trogir. Location is great as it is in close proximity to everything you need . Apartment comfortably caters for four. Great views from the living room window over the sea & bridge towards Trogir. The local manager was great & very helpful. The apartment might not look great from the outside above a local supermarket but trust us?- it’s great. An absolute gem. Highly recommend. "
