"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic."

"The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. "Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. "

"Es war mal wieder ein Genuss im Edit Loft zu übernachten was mich allerdings gestört hatte war im Loft 9 leider kein Safe obwohl in der Beschreibung das Juniorloft einen Safe hat aber ansonsten viel Platz Super Küche 2 Badezimmer 2 Toiletten Öffentlicher Verkehr nach paar Minuten zu erreichen. "Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, room always warm and very comfortable. Lots of additional things that made stay special, slippers, dressing gown, toothbrush and toothpaste, free mini bar. Shower was fine but water was never really hot just luke warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its restaurant opposite, lovely food and service exceptional. "

"If you need to stay close to the airport at Turin, this is the best place. It’s a brief taxi ride that costs about $15. All other hotels are farther from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are basic - no frills - but affordable, clean and have what you need. There is a restaurant but I didn’t try it. There is a bar but it closes at 10 pm. The staff is happy to arrange a taxi for you to the airport (which opens at 4 am). I arrived late and had to take another flight out at 6 am and it was perfect for my needs. There is a lift and it seemed everything was handicap accessible. "
