Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. "I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. "Great location close to the Roman City. We missed it when booking, but this is a shared bathroom accommodation (with only one toilet and shower available for all guests). The room/bed itself was very comfortable, although the blinds were very thin and did not block any light out from the street (and there was a bit of traffic going passed throughout the night). "
