"We were given a handicap room with combo shower/restroom area which wasn't the best for two persons to share the space. TV remote worked inadvertently and room AC control didn't seem operable. We ended up sleeping with the window open for air flow. Main draw for this property was the on site parking."

"We loved our stay at Ruby. We had an upgrade on our room which was really nice. Bar staff were really nice and enjoyed a cocktail made by barman especially for me and I give him 6* not only 5. Bar generally has a relaxing atmosphere. If you check in online you will save yourself a lot of time trying to check in at the desk. "

"Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway."

"It was good in general, but the water in the shower was either ice cold or cooking, wich has nothing to do with being sustainable. It's almost impossible to take a shower because switching rapidly from hot to cold is necessary wich takes a lot oft time and water. Plus the construction workers started drilling at 9am, I get it, but they could have waited until 11am when most people are awake and ready to check out."
