"I’m on a 2 week trip in Italy and started in Milano for 3 nights. The hostel was very clean with lots of extra shower and bathroom space. That was private which was nice if you didn’t feel comfortable showering in the rooms bathroom. Also the location is great as well. Short walk to the Doumo area and a bunch of other things as well. Plus they had lime scooters all over the city. So for the valve it’s great compared to the hotel prices! "

"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. During my stay I saw 2 dubious couples arrive without bags, quite late in the evening... Facilities were old and tired, the shared bathroom door did not close properly or lock. They advertise a hot...

"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"I was absolutely SO impressed by my stay at Sonder Manzoni. Everything is clean and brand new, and is exactly what it looks like on picture. There is a tram stop right outside the accommodation, yet it is very quiet at night as their windows and doors are more or less soundproof. Very spacious and definitely money-for-value. It is also a walkable distance to the Milan Duomo, and Crocetta M3 station is only a 5 minutes walk away. There are many cute cafes where you can get your morning cappucinos...
