View vs maintenance/utilities
The house has a beautiful view over the Mediterranean, but the state of maintenance and utilities is very poor. When opening a kitchen cupboard a strong musty smell came out. Two of the baking pans were covered with mold, only 2 kitchen knives of which both the point was broken of, no dishcloth or kitchen towel, nothing to clean with, bbq was not there, one of the aicons not working, wallsocket in kitchen was loose, crappy and way to small water cooker. Etc. The house needs love and care.

Gorgeous views, completely relaxing paradise.
We didn’t rent a car for our trip and the host graciously took us to the property and picked us up on departure day. The pool was a highlight of our trip for the kids and the views and veranda were relaxing and just what we wanted for the end of our time in Rome. The interior of the home is older and has some maintenance issues. There was no cleaning supplies for dishes or laundry, and no oil or spices in the cupboards. I know it’s not required but we were unprepared and ended up borrowing some soap from the owner upstairs. The grocery store is a 3km walk or there is a bus that can take you into town. The mosquitoes are quite fearsome in the evenings so bring some bug spray! Overall this was our favourite place in Italy. The kids enjoyed the peace, I enjoyed relaxing and we all enjoyed the views! Would recommend this property 100%

Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht
Aufgrund der begrenzten Zeichen folgen Stichwörter. - gepflegter, großer, schön angelegter Außenbereich - tägliche Poolpflege im Morgengrauen - Katzen und Hühner (kein krähender Hahn!) im Garten - wundervoller Meeblick - wahnsinnig viele Moskitos ab ca. 17 Uhr, was dazu führte, dass man in langer Hose, Socken und langen Ärmeln den Abend auf der Terrasse verbracht hat. Temperaturen lagen nachts im Juni zu jeder Zeit bei ca. 22 Grad - anspruchsvoller enger Weg von der Hauptstraße zum Haus, ca. 1 km. 360 Grad Kamera am Auto sinnvoll, hoffen, dass kein Gegenverkehr kommt, ansonsten hilfloses Gesicht machen, in der Regel legen die Anwohner den Rückwärtsgang ein. Ging mit einem VW Passat, Breite über 2 m. Für unsichere Fahrer aber nicht zu empfehlen. Die engen Straßen beziehen sich auf die ganze Gegend. Viel Stau, viele Schlaglöcher, für 60 km braucht man oftmals 2 Stunden. Chaotischer Verkehr, viel Gehupe. Viele Unfälle, oftmals gesperrte Straßen, sehr wenig Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr wenig Gehwege. - Pizzeria "la Macina" sehr zu empfehlen, mit Parkplätzen :-), super Essen, preiswert und sehr sympathische Kellner - Inventar im Haus gehört erneut, Küche spärlich ausgestattet, schwacher Wasserdruck, mit Boiler im Bad muss selbst (rechtzeitig) für warmes Wasser gesorgt werden - sympathische Vermieter, haben in 12 Tagen aber nur die Frau gesehen, italienisch sprechend, geht aber mit Händen und Füßen, hat uns mehrmals Eier und Zitronen gebracht - für jeden Gast liegt ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch bereit, wenig Geschirrhandtücher, am besten welche mitbringen sowie einige scharfe Messer - keine Kaffeemaschine, nur ein kleiner Espressokocher vorhanden - Wasserkocher nicht benutzbar, sehr verkalkt. Grundsätzlich sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser, für Zahnspange etc. haben wir Mineralwasser benutzt (hinterlässt komisches Geschmack im Mund) - Bei der Waschmaschine gibts Probleme mit der Tür, zum Starten Tür zudrücken - Für dicke Strom-Stecker Adapter notwendig, ein paar wenige sind aber vorhanden Fazit: super schöne Aussicht in Hanglage, ohne Auto geht aber nichts (hierfür benötigt man wiederum starke Nerven). Einfache Hausaustattung, hier muss man sich einfach arrangieren. Die Übergabe beim Check out hat nicht funktioniert, man hat uns vergessen. Es kam niemand von Interhome (2 sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Verständigung in Englisch, kein Deutsch) um das Haus abzunehmen, sind dann selbst hingefahren. -

Tolle Aussicht mit Abstrichen
Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf das Meer. Die Anfahrt ist -wenn kein Gegenverkehr kommt...- kein Problem. Allerdings hat die Wohnung sehr muffig gerochen, vor allem in den Küchenschränken. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt, waren noch dreckige Teller und Töpfe im Schrank, ein No go. Das muss vor der Anreise kontrolliert werden. Das heiße Wasser und Licht im Esszimmer funktionierte schlecht, da hat die Verwandtschaft der Eigentümerin geholfen.

Fantastisch
E war absolut Top. Ein super Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Die Vermieter super nett. Hat fur uns und unsere Kinder mal was gebacken und gekocht. Sehr sauber. Einfach fantastich. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und der Abschied viel uns sehr schwer. Vielen Dank nochmal. GRAZIE!!!

Exquisite Lage
Sehr schön gelegene, ruhiges Ferienhaus, die Aussicht entspricht tatsächlich den Bildern, traumhaft! Das Haus ist zweckmässig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöner Garten mit sauberem Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns sogar bei später Ankunft noch Pizza gebracht! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Romantisch und erholsam
Wir haben einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus punktet stark mit dem Pool, der einmalig schönen Aussicht, der großen Terasse und einem tollen Garten. Die Tage sind im Juli durchgehend sonnig, die Abende leicht windig und kühler. Wir haben dadurch gut geschlafen und brauchten die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und diskret. Für den Pool gibt es Extra große Handtücher. Das Haus ist sauber und bequem. Die Gegend bietet eine Fülle an Freizeitaktivitäten.

Ferienhaus Fontanarosa
Objekt war genau so wie es in den Bildern dargestellt wurde Ein und auschecken absolut problemlos .Wurden am Infopunkt Interhome in Sant Agata vom Eigentümer abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geleitet .Einziges Manko ist die sehr schmale und kurvenreiche 1,5km lange Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ,hier heisst es aufpassen Strässchen ist nur 1,5m breit mit BMW 216 mussten teilweise Spiegel eingeklappt werden .Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Pool wurde jeden morgen gereinigt. Nutzung von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Sorrento oder Neapel Pompeij abosolut zu empfehlen sehr kostengünstig .Zahlreiche herrliche versteckte tolle Badebuchten z.B. Marina di Nerano oder in Massa Lubrense .Abenteuerliche Amalfiküstenstrasse bis Salerno ein Muss . Unterkunft sowie Region sehr zu empfehlen kommen sehr gerne wieder

Sehr angenehme freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter . Wurden am Standort vom Vermieter abgeholt .Einziges Manko war die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft sehr schmal und kurvenreich Strasse teils nur 1,5m breit . Pool war richtig toll wurde jeden morgen gereinigt Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz der Unterkunft . einfach nur toll

prachtig uitzicht
Dit is echt een super mooi gelegen huis, het uitzicht is echt zoals op de foto's. Je kijkt over de Amalfi kust en er is altijd vertier op het water te zien, de verrekijker ligt voor je klaar ! In het huis is van alles aanwezig, ik heb niets gemist. Erg schoon. Eigenaren zijn super aardig en willen je overal mee helpen. De weg naar het huisje toe is wel een dingetje. het is inderdaad erg smal (wij moesten de spiegels inklappen) maar als we iemand tegenkwamen gingen ze eigenlijk altijd voor je achteruit zodat jij door kon rijden. Het adres klopt niet met XXX XXX. Let op de pasta winkel onderaan de weg, dan weet je welke afslag je moet hebben. De eerste keer komen de eigenaren je ophalen bij het bureau van interhome en rijden ze voor je uit.

Endroit paradisiaque
Ne pas hésiter à profiter de ce lieu magique. Mais...la location est introuvable si les propriétaires ne viennent pas vous chercher, ce qu'ils font volontiers et il faut impérativement une petite voiture type XXX ou XXX XXX pour profiter paisiblement de ce lieu. Petite voiture très utile aussi pour se faufiler dans la circulation vers Sorrente ou Amalfi et se garer. Le prix du linge de maison est de 10€ (à revoir dans l'annonce)

Geweldige plek . Mooier,dan op de foto's. Lieve eigenaren. Goede ruime afgesloten parkeerplaats .
Kamers zien er uit als op de foto's , maar indeling is prettiger dan op foto's lijkt. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken ,meer dan 6 persoons. Parkeerplaats is heel ruim . Patio / terras kan geheel worden afgesloten ,6 pers. eettafel , 2 ligbedden ,schommelbank. Tuin is ruim , met 3 ligbedden schommelbed,hangstoel met kussens.Eind sept.zon tot 15:30 uur. Op korte afstand dorp met supermarkt waar je alles kunt krijgen . Heel hartelijke eigenaren . We kregen verse vijgen uit eigen tuin. En de eerste keer reden ze voor ons uit naar het huis. Alles werd ondanks taal verschil goed uitgelegd. Jammer dat we geen Italiaans spreken. We zijn maar een paar keer weggeweest omdat we het er zo heerlijk rustig en prettig vonden. Geweldig uitzicht! Echt een plek om terug te komen.

Beautiful, peaceful villa with spectacular sea vie
My mother and siaters and I had an amazing time at this property. The villa has the most spectacular outdoor terrace where we spent all our time. The villa is a quick (but narrow) drive down to the main town, Sant Agata, where we enjoyed restaurants, a bit of shopping and bought groceries. There are also lovely restaurants even closer to the villa. We were only a 25 minute drive to Sorrento and enjoyed taking the boats along the coast that we saw each day from our villa. Our hosts were so lovely, bringing us eggs, vegetables from the garden and, one evening, a homemade torte caprese, the local cake. I can't say enough good things. It was like a relaxing cottage holiday in the country, combined with access to amazing sights, food and culture We loved it!
