Located on the first floor of a small residential building, this recently renovated apartment boasts one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen and living with small balcony and a second bathroom.
The highlight of Casa Felix is its expansive rooftop terrace (approx. 60sqm) beautifully furnished with sunbeds, sun umbrella, outdoor lounge chairs and dining table. It is the perfect spot to sip on an Aperol Spritz while enjoying the sunset over the Mediterranean. The terrace also offers an outdoor shower and corner with barbeque, oven and washing machine. The apartment kitchenette is well equipped with all the necessary utensils including a 2-hob gas cooktop, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, making light-meal preparations a breeze should you wish to stay in and enjoy experimenting with the organic local produce.

The village of Monticchio is a short drive from the quaint township of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, 10 km from Sorrento, 12 km from Positano and 7 km from Nerano, a fishing village famous for its beaches and amazing seafood restaurants. Any complaints lodged at the end or after your stay will not be taken into consideration. If you leave the property without informing us, you will lose all rights to claim any possible refund, or rebate. Please note that unforeseen encounters such as electricity, water and gas cuts due to problems with the national service provider do not warrant a refund or rebate. Should this occur during your stay at one of our properties, we will do our best to solve the problem at your earliest convenience

Check-in is from 14:00 – 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00
For arrivals after 22:00, a late check-in surcharge of €30 applies which must be paid in cash to the host on arrival
