Campanelle is an independent villa, on two floors, linked externally.
It lies close to Marciano, one of the numerous small villages in the well-known locality of Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. From its terraces guests enjoy a view taking in on one side the Gulf of Naples and on the other the promontory of Punta Campanella, the outermost point of the Sorrento peninsula which juts out towards Capri.
This recently-built property is surrounded by private land, and by a small garden scattered with flower beds and olive trees and where there is also a private swimming pool.
The villa is furnished in a simple, functional style and is surrounded by a large private terrace with a wood-burning oven and an area for dining in the open air.
The small annex is occasionally used by the gardener.
The nearest beach is about 5 kms away, and Sorrento about 8 kms.

USEFUL INFORMATION ON THE SURROUNDINGS AND DISTANCES:
- the beach at Marina del Cantone 5 km: here you can access equipped beaches and boat rental services. Marina del Cantone is also the ideal place to stop and taste the world-famous local cuisine with a variety of restaurants ranging from typical trattorias along the beach to starred restaurants.
- Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is 3 km away from the villa and here it is possible to find all kinds of services: from food shops to numerous trattorias and starred restaurants and all public services. Sant'Agata is also the bus connection point (SITA) for reaching both the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento.
- Sorrento is about 13 km away: it is the most important town on the Sorrento coast, and the arrival point of the underground (Circumvesuviana) from Naples, Pompeii and Castellammare. Hydrofoil connections to Capri, Ischia and Naples depart from the port of Sorrento.
- Positano is about 20 km from the villa. Needless to say, Positano together with all the towns on the Amalfi Coast (Praiano, Amalfi, Ravello, ect.) are well worth a visit during your stay on the Sorrento Coast.
The Sorrento Coast is also an ideal starting point to visit the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum.
