Property manager was rude and basically refused to work with me on my itinerary when mechanical issues with my vehicle delayed our arrival. They refused to even discuss the possiblity of a reschedule or partial refund. Ignored my messages and texts just long enough to make sure they got to keep my money. ZERO stars, do not recommend. I am hard working father of three small children, and the $200 we basically had stolen from us is a big deal to my family. What kind of people will just outright refuse to work with guests when legit complications arise? How greedy does someone have to be?
