"Lady on reception when arrived was lovely, the lady on saturday and sunday morning was not even friendly, like she didn't want to be there and when we asked for more bread as this had run out at breakfast, its like it was too much trouble for her and she was miserable. "Quiet, countryside property. Lovely swimming pool. Comfortable, well equipped gite. Good to have some English TV channels as well as French. The only disadvantage was that the Wi-Fi signal was poor in the first few days and then totally non-existent in the next week. There was also no phone signal so could not use internet at all for most of the time. It was about an hour’s drive to several interesting small towns, chateaux and caves. Local lake was nice for picnics and walks."
