"We enjoyed our stay at Jan’s Hotel. The staff are excellent and accommodating. We stayed in the suite however it could use a little modernizing but the view and pleasant staff over powered the room detail. I can’t wait to visit again. "

"This small little island is walkable. Therefore, it is just a short walk to airport. This hotel is easy to spot as it is the tallest building in view as you walk from the airport. Great location. The rooms are comfortably and clean. It is a fairly new hotel and it still appears that way. Staff is friendly. Located near everything...restaurants, supermarkets,beaches and everything. There is a nice balcony out each room where I spent the afternoon people watching and eating my food. I would definitely stay there again as it appeals to my esthetics of a hotel."

"Absolutely amazing views! Staff were phenomenal and extremely friendly! Food was great, very quiet and serene! The property sits right on a lake at the mouth of the river that runs right into the Mayan ruin of Lamanai one of the most beautiful ruins there is. It’s very quiet at night and very peaceful. It was my first time and first night in Belize and I was blown away! The property sits about 10 mins by taxi from the center of town. I took the bus directly out front to Belize City and it was very convenient to catch the local chicken bus. I would highly recommend this place to fellow travelers. Thanks again to the entire staff! "
