"One of the most amazing stays that I ever had in Mindo, Sara was an excellent host, very sweet and always able to help and assist in anything that I needed! Great attention to details and service to make your stay unforgettable. The place is immaculate clean, the food was awesome and more than what I was able to eat lol. Highly recommended if you are looking for a special place surrounded by nature, plenty of fruit trees, birds, running creeks throughout the property and two adorable dogs ♥️ a place to make memories as a solo traveler or with family. "I loved my stay at River Song. I was offered an upgrade for no charge upon my arrival. The family who owns River Song were so friendly and kind and welcoming. They made me feel like a member of the family. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and my cabin sat right on Mindo River. The family helped me arrange transportation and helped with tour information. I would definitely stay at River Song again!"

"Incredible. Such a wonderful place to stay in the Mindo area. Really tucked away in the forest but only a 20-25min walk or $3 cab to the town. We stayed in the upper level of the lodge which was wonderfully positioned to watch the birds. Excellent service really recommend. "
