The cottage is cozy, quiet and has beautiful views of Santuit Pond from the dining room, four bedrooms, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The house is comfortable with a living room with a large new tv, dining room, which provides truly stunning views of the pond, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you might need for meal preparation, including an air fryer, blender, and a keruig and coffee perculator. Three bedrooms have stunning views of the pond. Several bedrooms have blackout curtains, that are perfect for a good night's sleep. Kayaks and a canoe are available for guests to use. This location is a birdwatchers paradise. There are great blue herons, mute swans, a variety of ducks, ospreys, hawks, owls, egrets, Raised bed gardens offer vegetables, and flowers, alongside the cottage. Swimming in the pond is not recommended, as the pond is not deep, and can have algae blooms at times.
