"First, I got lost a number of times trying to locate the guest house On the first morning I arrived at the dining hall at 09h00 by then most of the breakfast had been eaten, I had to make do with some slices of bread and cheese which I asked for in the Kitchen. My booking included dinner which I had on the first night , but did not have on the second night. Please pay attention to the maintenance of wall plugs and remote control in room 105."

"When we arrived the reception said she don't see our booking on their system we had to call the owner to intervene. We only managed to check-in at 3am the following day after we demanded our refund. You can imagine we had to attend the festival without taking a bath or shower because a selfish receptionist failed to do her job."
