I was about to board a flight and could not return to pick it up and they mailed it to the address on file, certified, to make sure I received it. That kind of customer service and goodness is hard to find these days."

"Stayed at this property during my son's basketball tournament at the Big House. Hotel is very clean and the rooms were nice. The Free hot breakfast had lots of options, however, the food needs to come out quicker when gone, especially during big events in the area. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay here again."
