"Enjoyed our stay but had no idea it was associated with time share. I don’t like being asked to participate in a 90 min meeting when I’m on vacation. Felt obligated so I signed up for it which was $40. They told me it would be refunded if I cancelled which I did but I have yet to receive a notification that I’ve been refunded "

"Very friendly we had an awesome stay. We enjoyed the pool and activities as well as the site seeing we done. Close to the things we wanted to do while we was there. "This was a resort that sold timeshares, BUT we didn't know that. During the check-in process, the receptionist said she couldn't program our keys so we had to go to the other side of the lobby to get the keys programmed by someone else. Then the person responsible for getting us our keys offered us a free vacation if we would just listen to a 90 minute presentation. We told her NO four times. "We had a wonderful stay, and everything was perfect. The views really can't be described. Especially early in the morning with the clouds in the valley below and the sun shining brightly above. It was breathtaking. This is a truly beautiful place and with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg fairly close by there was plenty to do and see. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning when we can. "
