"The bedroom was kept immaculate by the cleaners. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with bacon, sausage, fried and scrambled egg, toast, cereal, pastries, yoghurts, coffee and fruit juices. The swimming pool and its bar were closed during my stay, I think because I was slightly too early for peak season. However, the location is ideal for the beach and coast and is a 20-ish minute walk from where most of the hustle and bustle is, so it’s quiet but still nicely situated. Good value."

"We had a room with the balcony looking out onto the beach. Room was comfortable and well set up. We parked - they have their car park close by - but not at the hotel - know this before you arrive because my phone tried to take me to the other side of the river and tell me to walk to the hotel. We didn’t bring the correct travel plug - but the lady at reception was really helpful and I borrowed one for our stay. Lots of eateries nearby as you walk along the boardwalk. The ‘main street’ for shopping is one street back. Really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend this. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with perfect views and stylish decor. We had a junior suite, which was very spacious. The large bathroom and huge balcony were also really lovely. The lobby staff and bartenders were also excellent. I did have a few suggestions, though. 1. The pillows are horribly uncomfortable. Upgrading them would have made sleeping so much nicer. 2. The massage therapist was on holiday during my stay, which was disappointing. Maybe consider employing two therapists since the hotel advertises having a spa with massage, and some people, like me, might book for that reason. 3. Consider opening the sauna earlier than 10AM for early risers. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay in an undeniably gorgeous hotel. "
