"I book a family room but the hotel is not available and gave me 2 rooms instead, that is fine but when I enter the rooms, both room were not even clean up. Cigarette buds still there and the blanket is a mess, the toilet have used shampoo. I request them to do the house keeping. They change room for me."

"like-we were given a quiet room. dislike- 1. ventilator in the bathroom was not effective, 2. when I made the booking, rooms wz 2 single beds were all taken, so I booked a room wz Queen bed. At the point of checking in, I was told they hv a room wz 2 Single beds avai, but the staff asked me to top up MYR30."
