The property is not really a holiday let, more a borrowed home, there is so much content, almost anything you would need, from utensils to crockery, games and toys for children, to books and guides. A l'intérieur, la maison est grande et fonctionnelle (la grande salle du bas est très pratique) Par contre elle est sous équipée : manque de table à l'extérieur, manque de chaises, la vaisselle (poêles, grille pain...) très abîmée, et les meubles sont très vétustes. Les 2 lits enfants sont jusqu'à 8 ans à peine. C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour qu'elle soit parfaite!"

"We went to the place by taxi. We had a mobile number for contacting the property manager. No matter we explained to him we did not have a car/sat nav, he just sent us some coordinates. We were trying more than 40 minutes trying to find the building/apartment as the property manager did not answer more than 10 additional calls and the taxi driver nor people living in the same complex were unable to find the apartment. At last the property manager answered because the taxi driver used his mobile;...

"Overall this was a great holiday. The place was clean, if slightly dated. Only comment is one of the rooms smelled a bit moldy. The view was amazing and the pool was quiet and private with sun all day. However, Alex made up for everything and totally made the holiday for us. He bought newsfor us when our boys got sunburned and were too hot to sleep. He organised restaurant reservations for us, helped us when our pizza delivery was incorrect and answered numerous questions for us along the way."

Amazing

"We started our holiday at a hotel a few meters down the road and that hotel was a disaster. Atzavara saved our holiday. The room was spotless and the facilities were excellent. My little girl (8) loved the food, pool and kids club activities. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. If I were to go to Santa Susanna again I would definitely be back at this hotel. "

"If you are seeking a relatively small, stylish and centrally located hotel, this is the one for you. The hotel is immaculately clean and it smells lovely! The staff are very friendly and ever so helpful. There is a small bar and pool, or if you prefer the beach, then it’s a 5-10 min walk. The hotel is in a central location. Tip: if you need a car parking space, then book directly with the hotel in advance, as there are only about 8 spaces. I would highly recommend the Hotel Windsor! "
