Beautiful home with 250' of frontage on idyllic Lake Crabapple. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room with TV & stereo. The Master bedroom has a propane fireplace and TV. Enclosed sunroom and updated kitchen and appliances. On the deck, there is a BBQ grill. propane fire/table and patio table. Also includes a canoe, paddleboat, rowboat 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. Parking inside and out for 5 vehicles.

Fantastic House - awesome owner
The house is great and the location is downright stunning. We loved sitting on the deck and watching neighbors float by in their rowboats and kayaks - and keeping an eye out for the bald eagle who nests nearby. You won’t find a better place to stay anywhere.

The Lake House
The property is on a small quiet lake and is so comfortable and cozy! Everything you would ever need for a getaway! We’ve stayed twice and absolutely loved it both times.

Wonderful home on a beautiful lake!
We travelled with another family and stayed at Gordon’s lovely home. The house was very spacious and very well appointed… and the views of the lake were stunning! It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed swimming in the lake and frolicking on the dock every day. We look forward to a return visit!

Perfect family getaway
The house is very spacious and equipped with pretty much everything you need. The lake was really nice. There's kayaks, canoe, paddle board, basketball, ping pong, games. Everyone had a blast. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing sunroom!
Narrow drive to get to the home, but worth it. The view of the lake from the sunroom is amazing - perfect place for morning coffee. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

There was 6 of us adults and the house was so roomy, it was so comfortable for everyone and allowed space if you wanted it. The outside was awesome being right on the lake and very quiet area. Having access to kayaks and other water craft was a great addition to most rentals. Better than described, highly recommended!!!

So Comfortable So Nice
This is a beautiful home, well appointed and fully stocked. The owner is available for questions and responds very promptly. The location is idyllic and the water toys (kayaks) were so much fun. We have stayed at a number of rentals over the years and this was definitely one of the finest.

New dock!
This house is an amazing property. We've been here several times and it just gets better every time. The owners are always making small improvements, adding or changing out furniture as needed, etc., and they now have built a brand new dock to replace the old one that was waterlogged. It's beautiful and we can't wait until our return this summer to the most peaceful spot on earth so we can use it!

Beautiful lake view in relaxing house
My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks including one week with our adult daughter. We couldn't be happier with this house for our stay. The view of the lake from the sun room was so relaxing. We played ping pong in the garage every day and took advantage of the water toys several times. We caught a bunch of bass fishing from the dock. The house is clean and had what we needed for our long stay. I'd highly recommend this place.

Can't say enough good things
We've stayed at a lot of nice properties over the years, but we all feel like this one tops the list. It's not just the house itself, or even the wonderful lakefront location, but the friendliness and responsiveness of the hosts. They are wonderful! They made a point of having their piano tuned for when we stayed there, and they are always updating and improving the property; next summer, I'm told, they will have a new dock which is an extremely inviting prospect! Can't wait for our next visit.

Peaceful lake
My family and I had a wonderful time at the lake house. Lots of fun on the water toys and being in nature. The lake is so peaceful and is the perfect getaway from busy city life. Our kids loved the retro video games and the PlayStation. We had everything we needed to make our meals (except I couldn't find 1/4 cup measuring cup) with the fully stocked kitchen. There was dog poop out by the dock but everything else was clean and amazing. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Quiet, clean, spacious
This is probably the quietest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The lake is small enough that motorized boats aren't allowed, so there's no noisy boat traffic and it's at least half a mile from car traffic noises. The whole place has a slow, sleepy feel to it, perfect for utterly relaxing. Between the three of us, one quilted and the other two did papercrafting during our stay, and the sunroom was perfect to spread out in and have a constant view of the lake while we worked. The kitchen is very well supplied, the whole house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful and tranquil location
The property was absolutely lovely. Really spacious, and Ona beautiful quiet lake. We seemed to be the only people out on it half the time. Gordon was incredibly helpful, helping us set up for some fishing at one point. And he'd provided a vast array of boats for the lake (two kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board, a rowboat, a peddle boat, and lots of rubber rings.) The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Had a lovely holiday here. Will definitely come back. Thanks Gordon!

Christmas 2021
What a beautiful property. Gordon decorated the house for the holidays, even down to a real Christmas tree. We had a beautiful Winter wonderland. The host shoveled and plowed us out after a winter storm. So nice to have the host close to answer and questions and help us out if needed. Loved the lake view and our late night evenings by the fireplace. Will definitely be returning for some summer fun at Crabapple Lake.

The perfect peaceful retreat
Three of us come here about once a quarter to have a mini crafting retreat and and work on quilting or scrapbooks. But it really is the perfect place to just relax and do nothing, or maybe finally read that book you just never have time for. Even just sitting in the sunroom watching the activity on the lake is enough to keep us entertained for hours at a time. It's hard to believe the house is only 20 miles from home because being there is like being in another world. We're always sorry to leave on our last morning, but we know we'll be back soon!

Fabulous holiday home!
We spent 1 week at Crabapple Lake after a road trip from SFO, before flying home to the UK, and what a fantastic week! The property was brilliant - so much to do (lake toys, table tennis, lake fishing, games, nearby shops, trips to San Juan islands etc) but also so quiet and hidden away from the bustle of every day life. Finding such a lovely property with all this is rare! The sun room was just amazing - morning coffee watching mummy and baby deer eat grass by the lake, evening wine watching the sun go down! Perfect. Gordon popped by to say hello and check all was well - what a great host. If we are ever back in WA this will be where I book! Thank you Gordon and Mary Ann!
