ELLIMATTA - Beautiful country home

Ellimatta is situated atop Marysville in the highly sought after Kerami Crescent, just a short stroll to Marysville's local eateries, rivers and parks.
Ellimatta is ideal for a large family or two, with four bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to ten people with the two generously sized bathrooms having been designed with easy access in mind. There is also the added bonus of a powder room/toilet.
With the spacious open plan living area, timber floors and double glazed windows, guests will enjoy the warmth, charm and homely feel that this lovely accomodation has on offer.
Ellimatta boasts all the comforts of home with some modern luxury additions such as reverse cycle split systems, fans to bedrooms, wood heater and stylish kitchen including a large walk in pantry, island work bench, dishwasher, and a Stanley wood stove and electric stove.
Flowing and meandering gardens with two undercover outdoor areas ensure the gardens can be enjoyed all year round.

Please note: Security cameras are installed for when Ellimatta is not hosting any guests. They are located outside only and will be turned off upon guest arrival.

Our Peaceful House
The house was perfectly positioned a short stroll from everything. Both the house and gardens were faultless so pretty and peaceful sitting outside with the abundance of parrots etc. Inside the house everything was labelled so no confusion of lighting etc. Perfectly presented and nothing not catered for. my only slight negative was the dining chars were a little uncomfortable. otherwise wow wow wow...i wish this was my house thank you ellimatta for all you gave us.

A beautiful home
Our stay at Ellimatta was incredible. Beautiful surrounds and the chorus of Birdlife. The home was spacious, immaculate and had every essential required for a short or long-term stay. The local town is a short walk away and is lovely. We indulged in an amazing day spa experience at Peppers and enjoyed a delicious meal at The Duck Inn. We would highly recommend Ellimatta it is perfect in every way. Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this glorious place.

Tranquil family getaway
Ellimatta is like a home away from home. Clean, bright and spacious with the fire waiting to greet us upon arrival. The property layout was perfect, particularly the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Ample storage in each room as well as the large bathroom and ensuite were ideal for our ten guests. The games cupboard (especially the Duplo and train set tubs) were an instant hit with our little ones, while the adults enjoyed using Kayo and Netflix once the children were asleep. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped, and my personal faves were the large island bench and butler's pantry. Bedding was a 10/10! So warm and cuddly even on the coldest of nights. The view from each window was amazing, especially from the master bedroom with the sun pouring in. And the location was superb - less than a five minute walk to the main road. We look forward to rebooking in the near future!

Fabulously relaxing weekend.
Everything you could want or need for a group stay. Immaculately clean, comfortable and cosy. Plenty of room to mix with family and friends or find a cosy corner for a quiet rest. Just perfect.

Extremely well set up, beautifully presented. Only concern was that only the master bedroom had a separate recycled air con. The master and one other bedroom had vents that were intended to push the heat through from the living area however that didn’t work. Beautiful warm bedding but no electric blankets. Otherwise wonderful home.

We had a wonderful time at Ellimatta, Marysville. The house was big and spacious for both our family’s. House was stocked up with all the linen we need and lots of fire wood to keep warm in winter. Will definitely be booking here again.

Excellent house, beautiful town!
Amazing house, kitchen stocked with all the essentials, very clean. 3 toilets, clean bathrooms, comfy beds and lovely bedding. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. Lots of firewood for the fire place. So warm and comfortable, makes you feel at home and relaxed.
