What a cute little place to stay! It's both private and located within a couple miles of all our activity destinations - Anderson School, museums, antiquing and wandering downtown. We did have a little hang up with receiving the check in directions, but Chris was very fast to respond and we were inside...

"Easy access, quiet, comfortable, clean, and full of amenities. But most importantly, it is a SAFE location. I was in the area for a show at the Paramount. Due to safety concerns, staying in Seattle was not an option. This spot was perfect! I felt perfectly safe and it was a quick trip to get downtown. And how can you argue with the rate?! I would definitely book again."

"Beautiful and quiet little cottage getaway from big city life with close amenities, if needed. Every little detail was thought of. Only thing I would have added was more big towels. Dips in the hot tub and showers kept our towels wet most of the time. Otherwise, it's the perfect little get away! "

"This is a fabulous place to stay in Monroe. Our family of three each had our own queen bed. The open floor plan works because the room is quite large with high ceilings, so if feels spacious. A short wall creates separation with one of the beds and the rest of the room. Everything in this apartment is brand new and the place was immaculate. Also appreciated small conveniences like the instant hot water tap in the kitchen (hotter than usual) for coffee and tea."

"We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again. "

"Beautiful home! Della decorated it so cute for fall and we felt it was very home, warm, and inviting. She was a very kind and helpful host. She left us cookies and candy and so many snacks and amenities available. It was great. I highly recommend and I would stay again! Thank you Della!"

"New, clean, private and quiet. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 people and that worked great (2 people would have been perfect) Loved the ambience and the bottle of wine was a nice added touch. Just a few minutes drive out of town and in a perfect setting. Host was very responsive each time I messaged. Would stay again for sure!"
