Eagle View - Goodyear Lake access, great fishing, fire pit, large yard

Eagle View - Welcoming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the Goodyear lake area with lake access for fishing, and paddle sports.  Be sure to watch for Bald Eagles which can often be seen perching in the tall evergreen trees in the area.  This vacation home features a spacious back deck overlooking a large backyard.  Guests are invited to enjoy campfires in the fire pit in the back yard. There's plenty of room for family fun and games in the yard.

Eagle View is a great affordable option for a family of 3 - 4 with a queen bedroom and second bedroom with a bunk bed. It has all that you need - a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Canoe & kayak rentals available just minutes away on northern end of Goodyear Lake.

Perfect Size, Location & Amenities!
We needed a small, quaint home about 15-20 minutes from the Cooperstown All Star Village while our son played there and this property was PERFECT! It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities like a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, grill and firepit! Location was right on point with being 5 minutes away from kayak rentals, 15 minutes away from grocery/retail shopping and just 18 minutes away from the All Star Village. The owners are easy to get a hold of and checking in and out is a breeze. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

Comfy and Clean, felt like home
We were in town for baseball at the All Star Village. This house is approx 20 minutes away from the fields. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a beautiful lake. This house felt like home….it was clean and comfortable. They had a fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, plenty of towels and linens. They also had an outside grill, patio table, and firewood which was perfect for relaxing. If I was to return to the area I would not stay anywhere else!

Lake House Delight!
Eagle View was a cozy respite from our crazy week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals, relax in the yard, check out the eagles!!, and enjoy the quiet of the lake and surrounding woods. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We could not ask for a better experience.
