Located on the second floor you can access by stairs or elevator.
This is centrally located between Destin and Navarre beach. The most beautiful beaches on the gulf. directly on Santa Rosa Sound. Walking across the courtyard will lead you to the pool and Bay Area ! Watch sunsets or enjoy the designated bay swimming area.
Close to target and restaurants. The Master bedroom has king size bed the second bedroom has a queen zinus bed and trundle with two twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Keurig coffee maker( both brew pods) toaster, pots and pans for preparing meals. There is one bathroom with shower and bath tub combo. Small breakfast bar/ living room space.
** Due to the space we recommend 4 adults max. And total 6 guest including children.

Our condo is over 50 years old and while it is greatly cared for, it may show its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear and quaint aging. I take great pride in trying to create a space that people will love while putting a lot of thought and time into my homes to share with you. When you are staying at my place, I want you to feel taken care of with all the creature comforts and hopefully a little extravagance! While it may not be the Ritz Carlton or a luxury vacation home, we believe you will enjoy our space. This is the right place for you if you are looking for a quick beach trip , if you are weary traveler passing through, looking for a cost effective family vacation.

And there is a pet fee $50. 25lbs or less and max 2 dogs. Which must be paid before arrival. If we are unable to verify ESA or service animal documents

Perfect spot right outside of busy Destin!
Host was great and responds quickly. Location was relaxing and within close proximity to everything. Pet friendly. The kids enjoyed catching crabs in the bay and swimming. Would recommend to others and very likely to return!
