False advertisement!! The pictures are not like the real thing. Unclean and dirty dining area. People in the next room loud and up all night. Covers had stains and hair on them. The towels were noticeably dingy and the room furniture as well. Smelled like fabuloso but wasn’t clean.

There was left over towels in the shower from the last person that stayed there. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. There was limited breakfast.

When I arrived at 1050 pm, there was no one there for about 10 minutes and then after knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell, a hotel staff member pulled up hurriedly and checked me in. This was not very pleasant after driving several states to this destination and having to use the restroom upon arrival. Then I was placed in a room next to another room that was occupied by people who I was suspicious of drug activity. There was a lot of noise and squabbling in the room. I quite literally felt unsafe and has to be transferred to a different room. Unlike the first staff member I encountered, the second staff member was polite and placed me in a room that I felt OK staying in for the evening. He was very helpful. Overall, this was such a poor experience that I seriously considered driving straight back home upon arriving. I will have a hard time to return to this hotel again.

The TV remote in the first room did not work correctly, and so I then was given a room upstairs that had no light over the vanity and the receptacle at the vanity did not work. This is a hotel that is priced accordingly, you get clean sheets and towels and the front staff are friendly and try to help as much as possible.

Very dirty room, sometimes of stain on the pillows(looks like blood), dirty counter tops, toilet lib looked like it was melted, the door you could see through to the outside on the bottom edge, walls were so paper thin I could hear the lady's throat cancer when she was coughing. Staff was nice.

Sketch. I booked a last minute trip and it was either pay $80 for this room or $300 somewhere else, so I’m not holding this place to the highest standard. The place looked abandoned, and I thought my gps took me to the wrong place originally. There was a dead roach by the tv. I really didn’t feel safe. The pros are that there was a camera in the parking lot and the guy at the front desk was nice.
