Gute Hausstruktur, so dass Schlafen und Wohnen auf diesem Raum möglich ist. Die Terasse ist zum Teil überdacht und reicht als sonnenbeschienener Teil bis ans Wasser. "Nice clean property, but a few key things missing: 1. Fly screens; you cannot afford to open the windows either during the day or night, because there are loads and loads of mosquitos around the property, in trees etc. It's quite a damp area, so they love it. Alternatively, the owners can put air conditioning in. 2. Curtains/blinds on the front door and kitchen window; there's currently no privacy when you go from bedroom to bathroom, as the fully glazed front door will allow everyone outside to...

"It was the perfect place for our family of five to explore the Groningen area and our family's ancestry. The house was spacious, clean, quiet, and located right on a canal. We rented the boat and took it out on the lake one day. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside on one of the many decks surrounded by flowering bushes and plants. We wish we had more time to spend at the house and in the Kropswolde/Groningen area but hope to come back someday!"
