"House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also...

"We used this home as our base as we traveled each day exploring Italy. As a base location, we did not cook or use most of the kitchenware so I can't speak to its adequacy. I would suggest providing more trash liners and some ziplock baggies for guests. The beds were comfortable and the owners were very responsive when we asked about a remote to change the tv to english and also addressing the drain in one of the showers. The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink.
