"The camping concept, location right at the beach, various sit out areas, cleanliness make the property really attractive and unique. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. Service at the in-house restaurant is poor. Ordered fish and rice; rice was served almost an hour before the fish and had umpteen visitors in the form of flies. They could have been served together. The staff makes their frustration at a non-Armenian speaking guest very evident even when there are many apps for translation these days. Options for food are mainly Armenian cuisine."

"Great place to stay, very quiet and clean. The owners are very welcoming and love to serve tea and cognac at night around a campfire. I would highly recommend if you are staying in the area."
