"A nice stay in pleasant cottage, surrounded by countryside and with relatively easy access to nearby beaches etc. Plenty of space, indoor and out. A few quirks and could do with a bit more of a clean, but overall it worked well for our multi generational family holiday."

"This was a really lovely house to stay for a week in Little Haven. It was very quiet, just a five minute walk into Little Haven which is a very sweet village. The house was easy to use, well equipped(butt need to bring bath and hand towels) and the heating was perfectly set so we didn’t not have to change the settings at all(mid to late October). The stairs were not a problem for any of us who were all in late 70s."

"This property worked really well for us a family of 6 adults and 2 young children plus a dog. The utility room was very handy for the dog. There is plenty of space and a large garden. The house was pretty clean with a few exceptions like the skirting boards and front door area. The house is well equipped although the coffee maker is missing a few items. Overall we would recommended the property for a relaxed family stay."

"Very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed, only thing we didn't find was a corkscrew ! Plenty of room, nice big kitchen.Only downside was the double bed which had an uncomfortable mattress, otherwise all perfect an uncomfortable mattressmamattress"

"What a wonderfully clever barn conversion! A twenty minute walk to Angle West beach and a mile and a half walk to Freshwater West beach. Our dogs loved the walks, as well, and all the local beaches dog friendly. The barn is well equipped for a family stay and if the weather does turn there are enough games and toys to keep the kids entertained for days, even the big ones! I loved finding the guitar and it was still in tune! Thanks for being a great host, Paul. Radar & Lilly, Jack & Lottie "
