"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. "I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "
